What are the benefits of capsicum, garlic and parlsey??










Capsicum, Garlic and Parsley helps to maintain the body,
It helps to support the circulation, 
It helps to regulate the glandular system
Provides extra energy
Helps to maintain blood pressure levels already in the normal range.

Capsicum is one of the hottest spices. The natural compound it contains has powers so remarkable that capsicum is used to enhance or carry the nutrients of other herbs throughout the body. It  has been used to boost the circulation and to help cleanse the body. 

Garlic is wonderful it is high in sulfur  it helps the body with  most of the key systems I talk about, the digestive, respiratory, immune and circular as well as helping the glandular system. Garlic is so good that it can't be limited to a single category of nutrients.
